Available Positions:

  • Office Assistant:
    • Description: Ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing emails, creating proposals, and maintaining office organization.
    • Requirements: Detail-oriented, Organized, Skilled communicator
  • Pressure Washing Technician:
    • Description: Cleans various surfaces using pressure washing equipment. Ensures client property looks its best.
    • Requirements: Physically fit, Problem-solver, Strong work ethic
  • Sales Representative:
    • Description: Builds client relationships, generates leads, conducts site visits, prepares proposals, and provides excellent customer service.
    • Requirements: Results-oriented, Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills
  • Sales Manager:
    • Description: Leads and motivates the sales team. Develops and implements sales strategies, tracks sales performance, and manages sales budgets.
    • Requirements: Leadership experience, Sales management experience, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Office Manager:
    • Description: Oversees all administrative functions of the office. Manages staff, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
    • Requirements: Administrative experience, Leadership skills, Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments (for Pressure Washing Technicians)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • For the Office Assistant position: Experience in an administrative role
  • For the Pressure Washing Technician position: Experience operating pressure washing equipment
  • For the Sales Representative position: Prior sales experience, preferably in the home services industry
  • For the Sales Manager position: Proven track record of sales success, Experience managing and mentoring sales teams
  • For the Office Manager position: Experience in a supervisory role, Proficiency in office software
