Deck Repair, Cleaning, Stripping, Sealing and Staining Pricing
We measure the sq ft of the decking and lattice and/or underpinning, the length of the railing and count the number of stairs. Our preferred method is Deep Clean and Seal and most deck sealing or staining would be covered in this pricing. See the chart below for calculations:

Example: A typical 10×10 deck may have 3 stairs and 38 feet of railing. We would figure it this way:
Decking 10×10=100
Railing 38×15=570
Stairs 3×15=45
Lattice 36×2=72
100+570+30+72=742
742x $2=$1484
You get a deep cleaning and high quality sealing job for $1484 in this example.
