- Stucco / EIFS: Discuss the finish, cracks, staining and access before the scope is confirmed.

What’s Included in a Standard House Wash
A standard house washing service typically includes cleaning the following areas:
- Siding: Removal of dirt, grime, algae, and mildew from the exterior walls.
- Trim Work: Cleaning around windows, doors, and other decorative trim to eliminate dirt buildup.
- Gutters: The exterior of gutters is washed to improve curb appeal (not to be confused with gutter brightening).
Check High and Difficult Areas
Point out high sections, chimneys and foundation-level buildup when requesting the estimate. Confirm which areas are included rather than assuming they will be skipped or charged separately.
- Tall Brick Chimneys: Identify the areas you want cleaned so height and access can be reviewed.
- Foundation Splatter Zone: Show areas near the ground that need attention and confirm how they are covered in the house-wash scope.

Driveway and Walkway Cleaning
- Identify driveway and walkway areas by material, size, condition and access.
- Scope and price: Use the concrete-cleaning service page. Specialty staining needs separate review; removal of oil, rust or deeply set stains is not automatically guaranteed.
Window Rinsing and Exclusions
- House washing includes rinsing the window glass while the exterior is washed.
- Detailed window, screen and track cleaning is not included or offered as a window-cleaning add-on. A rinse is not a spot-free window-cleaning service.

Ask the estimate to identify special access, preparation and specialty-treatment needs. Confirm the scope before assuming an area is included, excluded or automatically an extra.

House-washing cost depends on the actual exterior areas, material, condition, access and any additional work. A current written estimate is more useful than applying old package or per-surface price ranges.
- Cleaning Only: One-time cleaning of the agreed house-wash surfaces.
- Maintenance and Additional Scope:
- Recurring / Maintenance Cleaning: Agree the interval, scope and price; no fixed discount is assumed.
- Cleaning + Sealing / Staining: For suitable decks, fences or concrete, preparation and coating are separate from the house wash.

- Porches and Patios: Identify the actual surfaces and area.
- Driveways and Walkways: Identify the actual surfaces, stains and area.
- Windows: Glass rinsing with the house wash; detailed window, screen and track cleaning is not offered as an add-on.
