Job Title: Pressure Washing Technician

Reports To: Manager/Supervisor – e.g., Service Manager, Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Outdoor ProWash is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pressure Washing Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pressure washing services to our residential and commercial clients. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ensure client satisfaction, and adhere to all safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of pressure washing equipment (e.g., hot and cold water pressure washers, surface cleaners)
• Perform pressure washing tasks on various surfaces, including buildings, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, and more.
• Inspect surfaces for damage and identify potential issues before, during, and after cleaning.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pressure Washing Technician or in a related field (e.g., construction, landscaping).
• Strong knowledge of pressure washing equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of pressure washing equipment.
• Excellent physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
