Excellent experience with this company! I was very impressed from start to finish. They were the first to respond to my inquiry. I received a quote and detailed proposal within hours of my request, and had an appointment scheduled in no time. They sent a friendly text reminder the day before the cleaning and went over any prep work that I should take care of before they arrive (moving items away from the house, moving items off the porch, types of payment accepted, etc). On the day of the cleaning, I received a message when they were en route. I stayed inside while the work was done and came out as they were preparing to leave. I couldn’t believe what a thorough job they did! Everything looked new! I am beyond pleased with their work. (Side note: Two companies that I had requested a quote from at the same time as Outdoor ProWash finally got back to me AFTER the work had been completed. They quoted 300 and 375 MORE than I paid! I will definitely be using George again!)
